Step 1. Find the contact lenses you have been prescribed by your Optometrist
The details to help you find the product you need to order are written on your contact lens prescription - and this is where you'll find the name and type of lenses you need under the Contact Lens Final Specification listing.
Contact lenses are made of different materials and have different fitting specifications so it's important you order the right lenses for you! If you are looking to try a different type of contact lenses than the ones you have been prescribed then please, speak to your Optometrist to confirm what will be suitable for you.
You can search for the product you have been prescribed by searching through the Contact Lenses tab located at the top of the homepage.
Here you'll also be able to filter your search by Brand, Duration and Type at the top of the contact lens listings, to help you narrow this down.
Alternatively, you can find your product by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the homepage and then typing the product name into the search bar:
For example, if you were searching for the Easyvision Linarial Toric like below, you would type 'linarial toric' and then hit enter or search to bring up the results.
There are some contact lenses that have a few different types with similar names (e.g. Easyvision Linarial vs Easyvision Linarial Multifocal vs Easyvision Linarial Toric), so if you need help confirming which lens you need, please check your prescription or speak with your Specsavers store.
Step 2: Add the contact lenses to your basket
Once you have found the type of contact lenses that you need, you will need to click the dropdown arrow to select the No. of boxes you would like to order for the right eye and left eye, and then you will be able to click the button Select prescription to enter in your prescription details.
Different types of lenses will need different information based on what your prescription requires. In order to get the correct lenses, you need to enter in the details exactly as they appear on your prescription.
The information that you will need to select will match to the details on your prescription and may include a combination of the following:
Base curve (which may also be shown as BOZR or BC)
Diameter (which may also be shown as DIA)
Sphere/power (which may also be shown as SPH)
Cylinder (which may also be shown as CYL)
Axis
Add
Not every prescription will need or have all of these measurements, so if you aren't sure or need help confirming what you should be ordering, please speak with your Specsavers store or Optometrist before placing your order.
It's also important to note that the Sphere/Power fields come in both plus (+) and minus (-) numbers so please make sure that you are selecting the right symbol as it appears on your prescription.
Once you have added all the prescription details, the Confirm and go to basket button will go green and you will then be able to proceed to the checkout
Step 3. Checkout
Review your basket to check you’ve entered the correct details of your lens type and prescription, and once this is done select the Checkout securely button towards the bottom of the screen.
