The details to help you find the product you need to order are written on your contact lens prescription.
On your Specsavers' prescription, you'll find the name and type of lenses under the Contact Lens Final Specification listing.
You can find our search bar by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the homepage or by searching through the Contact lenses tab located at the top of the homepage. Here you'll also be able to filter your search by Brands, Duration and Type at the top of the contact lens listings, to help you narrow this down.
There are some contact lenses that have a few different types with similar names (e.g. Easyvision Linarial vs Easyvision Linarial Multifocal), so if you need help confirming which lens you need please check your prescription or speak with your Specsavers store.
How do I find my prescription?
If you need a copy of this, please reach out to the Specsavers store you visited for your eye test and contact lens assessment and they can email you a copy of your details. You can find your store's contact information here:
Do I need a prescription to order?
You do need a valid contact lens prescription to order with Specsavers.
Contact lenses are classified as a medical device so you'll need to discuss your lens requirements with your Optometrist before ordering. Most contact lens prescriptions expire in 12 months, so if you think you might be overdue for a consultation, please check in with your Specsavers store.
Can I order something different to the product listed on my prescription?
Throughout your appointments, your Optometrist will have tested and fit you with a specific contact lens product, so it is important that you order as per your Optometrist's instructions.
If you are interested in changing to another type of lens (e.g. daily to monthly), or changing to a different style of lens than what you have been prescribed, please speak to your Optometrist first. Only your Optometrist is authorized to recommend a specific contact lens product for you, and not every type of lens may be right for your eyes.
If you're looking to try different lenses, your local Specsavers store can usually organize a trial set of lenses for you so that you can wear the lenses and make sure they are suitable for your needs before you buy them online.
